I do have a questions for you guys though...Can I mix my creatine mono. with my Poseidon pre work out? Or will the two have diminished effect when doing this?

I've used it with my creatine mono and felt slightly better fullness with working out.

It is a good idea because it will help to hyperhydrate the muscle even more.
