| Registered User   | Poseidon and Creatine Hey guys long time no talk. Well everything has been going very well with my Poseidon. It has completely exceeded any kind of expectations I had... I do have a questions for you guys though...Can I mix my creatine mono. with my Poseidon pre work out? Or will the two have diminished effect when doing this? Thanks alot again guys.
