Seasons In The Abyss

I work 4 10-hour night shifts a week, then flip back to days on my 3 day weekends, and then back again. Sleep can be an issue.

Abyss is great. 4 caps before bed and I am out like a light until 6 to 8 hours later, when I wake up rested. I also have better recollection of my dreams (usually they evaporate almost immediately upon waking).

My girlfriend is hooked too. She reports the same thing.

A truly effective product.

Great to hear Jim, and glad the old girlfriend is getting some benefits out of it as well.

BTW Kerry King is one of the best.

I don't know if there's a big market for it... but before I started Abyss I was doing my own homebrew pre-sleep protein drink with alpha-lactalbumin (high tryptophan), magnesium and theanine. I worked OK. Just wondering whether "Abyss Pro" might be successful and a slow-digesting protein with the Abyss actives in it.

Also not sure about calcium and magnesium, whether the former hampers absorption of the latter. You might have to choose the protein source carefully.

You can try to mix and match it, but we recommend taking on an empty/partially empty stomach for increased effects with out the worry of absoption and uptake interference.
