He wasn't sleeping more than 4-5 hours a night. He's now up to 6-7, and he IS a different man: cheerful, energetic, and happy. I also put him on Orange Triad, green tea, and fish oil. That's it.

So, what's the safety of taking it nightly, as it contains phenibut?

Well I have used Phenibut for several years now. It is my sugestion not to use it more than 2 nights a week. Tolerance just builds up too damn fast. It can also leave you feeling grogy. Also have heard of people taking too much and getting sick...Then there is the "phenibut hangover". Young punks also seem to like to combine it with alcohol so they can get drunk faster.
 
its possibly also somewhat dose dependent. considering all the other goodies in abyss, the phenibut is probably pretty low.
 
when I take my combo for sleep its between 250-750mg phenibut, with 1g-2g of tryptophan, and 2g bulk powerfull. higher than that on phenibut and i'm unable to get up the following day :D

Do not take it every night...the effectiveness will wear off. We recommend taking at least 2 nights off a week. If you do find yourself building up a tolerance, 1 full week off should be taken.

I personally take it about 3-4 nights per week and have yet to build up any type of tolerance. Remember, Phenibut is just one of many ingredients in ABYSS. The combined formula really is the "Perfect Storm" for a peaceful, restful nights sleep. ;)

Now if you combine it with alcohol...all bets are off! :fool2:
