Abyss Review
So, I received three Abyss samples with my last NP order. Last night I took 3 caps at 10:30 PM on an empty stomach. At about 11:30 I had a large serving of CC and then got in bed about 20 min later. I wasn't really feeling much at that point, but I did realize my mind slowed a bit from the studying/writing I had been doing for the previous hours. Within only about 10 min of getting into bed I was asleep and I awoke to my alarm ~7hrs later, in the exact same position I was in as I dozed off watching TV. I don't think I have ever slept with my head propped up like that. I didn't wake once. I know I dreamed, but could not recall any details. I was slightly fuzzy headed in the morning, but after showering,dressing, and 2 RPM& 5 Clear Edge I was ready for class. All in all, fantastic sleep and I feel well rested today.

Now...a possible downside. Teh Muddbutt struck immediately after rising this morning. I believe it to be from the Magnesium in Abyss. I seem to be highly sensitive to supplemental Mag; it is the reason I can not take ZMA...one cap puts me on the toilet with watery #2. I think I get too much intestinal relaxation from Magnesium that is not bound in food, this is most likely what caused my reaction to Abyss. Still, I am not detered and have 9 caps left to try out, maybe it was coincidental. Thanks to Nimbus and NP for the samples. More to come...

Great review whatastud...Thanks for sharing!

Glad to hear you slept so well. I think that's what puts Abyss above all other OTC, AND prescription, sleep aids...it's ability to gently put you in REM sleep, and keep you there, without feeling like you are drugged up. I get the same result you did...I usually lay down and start to read...next thing I know my alarm is going off!

Sorry to hear about your . If it was the Magnesium then you really are very sensitive. I tend to wonder if it was just a coincidence though. Keep us posted!

Nice review. I just noticed this product the other day while surfing NP....can't wait to give it a try! I'm sure Workin' and the gang created another staple!

Nope...not at all. I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised at how effective it is. I've take prescription sleep aid off and on for years. ABYSS is the only OTC product that has worked for me consistently. 2-4 caps per night will do you right!

Is there any "addiction side effect" ?

And do you really wake up quickly and refreshed ? (not like prescription, which help me sleep, but I can't really wake up, I don't have the motivation ...)

Addiction side effects are nadda, and we advocate a 5on 2off protocol to keep the effectivness of the product going and going and going.

No probs waking up for me, and yes the sleep is very good on this product. Good sleep=Refreshed feeling.

Hey studdy, try reducing the dose to 2 caps on your next night venture. Should sit with you good and slowly help your body adjust to a standard 3caps/night dose.

ABYSS is non addictive and doesn't leave you feeling hung-over in the morning like most prescription sleep meds. (assuming you take it as directed)
