Blast Stacking

I was thinking of purchasing Blast for early morning cardio (fasted).

What bulk powders could be added to help increase fat loss rate and maintain muscles during fasted cardio?

Well, what could be added without making it taste gosh awful?

Green tea? Rasberry ketones (heard this refuses to mix, though)?

BCAAs and crystal lite. ALCAR would also be a good idea.

I was thinking of adding just L-Leucine for fasted cardio.

How much ALCAR? Taste pretty bland?

1.5g. I don't mind the taste of ALCAR, it is tart, but no tin a gross way.

Cool, and the NP has it for pretty cheap. Thanks!

Anyone else have suggestions?

One word....SWELL!

This stack has completely changed the way my body responds to fasted cardio/HITT sessions. I even started to develop cuts in my Abs, arms and chest (along with a few new veins popping out) that I've never had prior. I was very impressed and,to be honest, surprised to see it have such a positive effect.

I personally like one serving SWELL/Blast pre-wo, then another serving of SWELL to sip on thru-out and after workout, Poseidon spread out early in the moring and in the evening(2-3servings).

Exactly...1 serving of Blast mixed with 1 serving SWELL prior to fasted cardio.

How about Swell and AN's Neovar as a stack?

I think the two would make a solid stack...looks very synergistic and AN is a great company!

Got my order yesterday with SWELL and BLAST. I took one serving of SWELL before cardio yesterday. It was only slow cardio, so I'll have a better idea of performance enhancement once I try it with HIIT. I did like it though. The taste is mild enough and it can probably be mixed with other things without changing the taste (ie. Xtend). I had already taken 2 Leviathan, so I skipped the BLAST with the SWELL.

I did try the BLAST later in the evening though, and I LOVED that. Nice taste, mixes perfectly. Hit's MUCH faster than capsules, but it's a very smooth energy. The effects lasted a while too which is cool.

Before bed last night I mixed up one serving of SWELL with one of BLAST and refrigerated it for the morning (Let me know if this isn't a good idea to let it sit over night) I had it first thing this morning, and I have to say that this may have to be a staple (Damn you Nimbus!!! ) This will definitely make my morning coffee completely obsolete. Half way through my shower, I was WIDE awake and ready to go.

Great job on BOTH products!
