I bought a bottle last week and started using it with body octane/Cordygen5 the other day...

Would a multi interfere with the effects of these products considering research has been done and they've been dosed and tweeked specifically to work synergistically?

Or would there be a preferred time of day to take a mutli?

I will be stacking SWELL and Poseidon.

A multivitamin is perfectly fine to take with our products. I take a multi every day during breakfast myself.No interference what so ever.

No problem at all. I would recommend taking your multi with your largest meal of the day.
