Constant Poseidon use

I must say that I've been bouncing in and out of the boards in spurts, sort of like 'Anabolicmind binging' in a sense. I've used many products in my years of supplement experience and I've seen many come and go and I've experienced some effects that I never thought I'd ever experience; Both physically and mentally.

I must make a shameful confession that I have fallen out of the lifestyle of true athleticism: Dedication to all aspects of being healthy, plain and simple. I started hanging out with the wrong crowd and got into some stupid things, but luckily I have the will-power to stop and not go back to those things ever again. I could sense that I was going down the wrong path and made a U-Turn.

Anyhow, of all the supplements I've taken, I have not used a product as consistantly as Poseidon. Ever since I recieved my free sample bottle while suffering from adrenal fatigue (thanks Nimbus Nutrition) I have been a constant user of Poseidon since it first came out. I haven't missed a day of it, except maybe when I ran out of the sample and the product hadn't been released yet. I use it between 4 and 8 servings per day. I know that it does me right and my body always tells me, "take the Poseidon" and I have been. It's been several months now and I feel great and look great. I have a more defined look and my skin is clearer than ever. My skin has NEVER been this clear and I've always suffered from bacne since I hit puberty. I feel more vibrant and my workouts have been consistent. Although I have tried some more products here and there, Poseidon has always been there and I notice the difference with it alone.

Ever since I've gotten into supplements, I made the people who care about me very worried about what I put into my body. I'm sure many of you have heard, "Do you know what all of those things do to you and don't they counteract each other?" I'm convinced that : "Yes, many of them do."

I may always have supplement issues (victim of supplement experimentation), but since no one else around me knows enough about what I've been through, how I feel, and what I want. I think I need to give myself a supplement intervention.

Poseidon will always be consumed. It's strange that I keep it in my food pantry and not my supplement cabinet. Along with Poseidon....
1. Animal Pak (awesome multi, best I've used)
2. Animal Sterols
3. Omega 3
4. Relora (best all around adaptogen I've ever taken)
5. Rainbow Lightning whole food blend
6. Reset AD

***** other favorite supps that will be taken
1. GHB- Best sleep aid I've ever used
2. Blueprint - One of the most underrated and unknown supps out there. (8 weeks on/2 weeks off)
3. RPM and non-stim RPM

I also think that X-Lean is a cost effective cortisol reducing supplement that I'd love to take on a 5 day on/2 day off basis. We'll see what pans out. But hopefully it all works out!

Thanks for the good words FOG. Glad to hear you've made that u-turn in your life. Many a great person is created thru challenges and endevors such as the ones you have faced. Congrats on your self introspection and realization buddy. Best of luck to you.

Thanks you guys! I am getting major compliments on my skin and I used to have 'not so good' complexion and skin tone. Also, since the niacin flush forces more blood to rejuvenate and replenish cells at the surface of the skin, in the morning, I take about 2.5 to 3 scoops of Poseidon and by the time I'm ready to shave the flush is in full effect. I haven't gotten razor bumps either, and I use King of Shaves shaving cream and a Sensor Excel razor. Looks like Poseidon makes a crazy pre-shave formula as well. My skin is left rehydrated and bump free!

Hmm, taking shaving to the extreme with Poseidon..... I like it!!
