Do i really need 3 servings of Poseidon a day?

It seems a little much. Is during workout doing good enough?

Hey mandaloria, thanks for the question. You can always try different dosing schemes to see which one gives you the full benefits of the product. Try 1, one day and then 2 or more another and judge which works best for you.

Before, during and after would be ideal to reap the benefits of Poseidon. Hydrate before workouts, hydrate somemore during workouts, and re-hydrate after for some real profound endurance effects.

Alright. I was just wondering if i could get by with 2. I swim for my workout and endurance really helps.

Also i'm only 15, so i can't get a job and am living off a measly allowance. So 2 servings a day would last me longer. What would be better, before and during, or during and after

I personally like taking it everyday just for the mental well being aspects of the product. If your competing and want better performance, doing the above protocol will help a great deal.

I know glutamine is debateable and all, but i was thinking of taking it for double days Water Polo. 6 hours a day.

So would this replace the recovery benefitts of glutamine

My personal fave time to use Poseidon is as soon as I wake up in the morning. If you're anything like me, you lose a lot of water during the night.

Recovery will be solid with or with out the added glutamine. Remember, Poseidon already has some glutamine added into the formula.

That stack is a winner all the way around man. Poseidon and Bcaa's are absolute killers in the endurance and recovery departments. I think you'll like it.

Just thinking, to make it easier to afford poseidon i could get rid of some things. Do you think WMS after workouts and casein before bed are that necessary?

Not really , you could always ground up some oats and toss in your protein shake after workouts and eat some cottage cheese before bed to get something similiar.
