Try 1, one day and then 2 or more another and judge which works best for you. Before, during and after would be ideal to reap the benefits of Poseidon. Also i'm only 15, so i can't get a job and am living off a measly allowance. So 2 servings a day would last me longer. What would be better, before and during, or during and after |
