It's a subtle yet very pleasant change in anxiety and muscle tension levels.

Just be prepared for the niacin flushing during your first few doses.

All in all it gets you out the chronic Magnesium-zinc-potassium deficiency that most Americans are in. This can have a profound impact on your overall health and well-being.

Sounds like a cheezy ad but it's true. I was amazed at how much better I felt on it and I had even been taking Mg and zinc pills. Apparently, the pills don't do much.

Yep, not to mention the healthy dose of B complexes(one of the only products on the market that utilizes methlycobalamine for the b12), and the powder delivery formula.

It's truly a world of difference when you utilize a good ratio of electrolytes on a daily basis to get yourself properly hydrate.

I'd have to say that there is also some sort of enhanced delivery/bioavailability in poseidon. I get the flush on 1-2 scoops of posedon which has only 75mg per serving of niacin. In pill form, it takes close to 1g for me to get the flush.

nothing like massaging your ego smarty pants

seriously, i've only used poseidon twice during workouts with purple wrath but it seems like a promising combo so far. I'll post some thoughts on podeidon once I get a chance to try it as instructed on the label

How does the niacin flush on this stuff feel? And how many doses did it take for it to subside for you?

It stopped being a problem for me after about 6 doses. It feels like you have an itchy sunburn for about 20 minutes..fairly mild usually. Once in awhile a niacin flush will hit and it feels like a burning stinging heat rash.

    Longer you use..less it happens
