  4. It's a subtle yet very pleasant change in anxiety and muscle tension levels.

Just be prepared for the niacin flushing during your first few doses.

  5. sounds good. ive been working and playing alot of softball this summer and its coming to the end here and I will be hitting the gym hard and trying to destress.

  6. I think you will be happy with the product. I believe this is an excellent product worth the price and then some.

  8. Yep, you can sip on it all day.

  9. ive been doing alot of reading about this product and while i still dont understand how it totally works, it has alot of good feedback and looks like it helps in alot of diffrent areas

  10. All in all it gets you out the chronic Magnesium-zinc-potassium deficiency that most Americans are in. This can have a profound impact on your overall health and well-being.

Sounds like a cheezy ad but it's true. I was amazed at how much better I felt on it and I had even been taking Mg and zinc pills. Apparently, the pills don't do much.

  11. Yep, not to mention the healthy dose of B complexes(one of the only products on the market that utilizes methlycobalamine for the b12), and the powder delivery formula.

It's truly a world of difference when you utilize a good ratio of electrolytes on a daily basis to get yourself properly hydrate.

To quote a good friend of mine, "Man that would suck..."

    Workin

  15. I'd have to say that there is also some sort of enhanced delivery/bioavailability in poseidon. I get the flush on 1-2 scoops of posedon which has only 75mg per serving of niacin. In pill form, it takes close to 1g for me to get the flush.

nothing like massaging your ego smarty pants

seriously, i've only used poseidon twice during workouts with purple wrath but it seems like a promising combo so far. I'll post some thoughts on podeidon once I get a chance to try it as instructed on the label

  18. Sounds great man. The BCAA combo seems to be a real pleaser with a lot of customers.... looking forward to your feedback.

  19. How does the niacin flush on this stuff feel? And how many doses did it take for it to subside for you?

  20. It stopped being a problem for me after about 6 doses. It feels like you have an itchy sunburn for about 20 minutes..fairly mild usually. Once in awhile a niacin flush will hit and it feels like a burning stinging heat rash.

    Longer you use..less it happens

  21. I concurr with everything B had to say.

The flush is quit tolerable and actually feels pretty good when doing a workout. However the longer you use the product the less it occurs.

If anything you can always take it with some extra fluid or a light protein shake to avoid it almost entirely.

  22. i agree....i actually can throw 3-4 scoops now without feelin it, before i scoop and I was iiiiiiiiiiiitchy...
