I've read both the stickies and didn't see these two addressed fully to my curiosity.
1. I understand the addition of Mag because it is a great mineral, but why so much of it? 150mg seems like a lot if someone takes this product throughout the day. 600mg for just 4 doses; and many use 6-8 I'm seeing. Is there a reason for not using a smaller amount of mag?
2. I read a lot that copper should be taken along with zinc because the zinc will displace copper in the body. So what do you think of this as relates to your product?
I've done a lot of reading about Poseidon here and it seems like a great product that I will have to try next month when my budget allows. I just have curiosity over a few things.
