Effectively replace ZMA?

I'm planning on utilizing another serving of Posidon ~30mins prior to bed, when I would be dosing my ZMA and Powerfull. When comparing shear Zinc and Magesium numbers, ZMA has about 3x up on Posidon, but we all know of the extra goodies Posidon brings to the discussion. I'm contemplating dropping ZMA completely, or going with a half serving to compliment the zinc and magesium count.

CNS recooperation is really a huge priority for me, to prevent overtraining and facilitate that quick recovery, and I'm thinking Posidon will blow ZMA out of the water. Any thoughts on it replacing ZMA?

I think in terms of recovery ZMA is not comparable to Poseidon. However, for me Poseidon before bed might get me slightly wired. Thats why I love it throughout the course of the day

With that said, have you thought about Abyss?

From the Nimbus site:
Quote:
Vitamin B-6 8mg 375%
Vitamin B-12 750mcg 12500000%
Magnesium 202mg 51%
Zinc 23mg 150%
*Abyss DS Matrix™ 2484mg ---

Abyss DS Matrix™: Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, L-Tryptophan, Magnesium Carbonate, Methylcobalamin, Phenibut, Pyridoxine HCL, Zinc Gluconate, L-Theanine
I think you might find that this would be your best bet for sleep and recovery prior to bed.

Yes, actually I have been considering it, ironically. I was fortunate enough to enjoy a few samples earlier on this year, and I was impressed to say the least. Funny that you say that about Posidon waking you up a bit - I get the same thing, but I don't know if it's going to madder so late in the evening (lol).

I've never felt comfortable committing though to any sleep formula due to this paranoia that I will develop a dependancy. Definintly considering it however, as a deep, recooperative sleep is like non' otha'!

I am with ya. You need your sleep, I am a cranky mother without it.

I love poseidon, however taking it at night and I might be off the wall

In terms of dependance, I have used a variety of supplemental sleep aides and never found that to be a concern. Just me perhaps

I actually find the CNS recovery and improvement capabilities of Poseidon to be a pretty good aid in getting a good nights rest. It really seems to prime the nerves for prime time when your ready for bed and in the daylight hours when your on the go.

We've had several people(myself included) comment on the aspect of better sleep quality while dosing Posedion pre-bedtime.

If you decide to try it out HL and let us know how it works.

Just kidding of course, but I did dose actually last night prior to bed.... and man - slept like a rock. Feel great today. Absoletely noticed a difference, as I've been feeling a bit sluggish lately from increasing my training loads. Dear ZMA... PAYCE! hahaha... in all seriousness though, it's my new staple before bed. Definitly recommend ZMA users to check this out. Now I'm up to 3-4 doses a day now, boomshakalakaaaa.
