It would need to work with councelling sessions, so I doubt it will have much abuse potential unless you really wanna screw yourself up.
I dunno if its true maybe some of the military guys on the board can comment, but I heard there was a drug which shuts off the fear response/sense of self preservation in the brain, theres some pretty hardcore drugs out there.
