new texas gun law -"you talkin to me???"

it's about time...the truth still is, if you do shoot somebody for any reason, you will likely spend the rest of your days in life ruining litigation. so you have to ask yourself punk...do i let you kill me/my loved ones, or stop you & spend the rest of my life sentenced to paying lawyers.
 
I HATE the fact that this is news, as the governor says, it is common sense. I recently moved from PA to Florida, and the gun laws here are much stricter. However, you always hear the politicians crying we do not have tough enough gun laws in Florida. I guess I don't get it. If you are in my house without my permission, after using force to enter, I assume you are trying to do me or someone in my family serious bodily harm. If you try to pull me out of my car, the same rule should apply.
