I like the governments reasoning "...because the ISP employees can see your e-mails, we treat them like postcards anyone can see what is written so its not invasion of privacy or illegal search..."-YIKES

Thats exactly why I keep email messages to a minimum and stick to my trusty cell phone still, though who knows how safe that is anymore
