Career Builder has something going called Operation Hero for Hire for job openings. New to me, but most of my clients that have engineering jobs have already signed on. Any vets looking for a job might want to check it out.

There's also an excellent amount of networking to be had on the SocNet forums, scroll down to the bottom ones. Just from forum threads and a couple PMs on that site, I found a couple interesting opportunities.

It's also interesting what happens when I posted my resume on good ol' Monster.Com. I got some offers from Blackwater-like executive protection and paramilitary companies.
