Not really a loss if you ask me. Street racing a car he can't control? Not the greatest idea in the world. Sucks for the other guy who could control his car and got charged with a crime, it's hardly his fault and I don't see how he can be charged because someone else can't drive.

yea, what kind of shyt is that? I have nothign against the guy and it does suck for his family. But the other driver should not suffer. So if i go fast next to someone, crash, their insurance should pay for it?
