  2. Here's the stats:

    Age 25
    6'4"
    Weight as of today 237.5

    Eating 300g protein, 90g fats, 120g carbs: 2500 calories a day.

    Food intake:
    Protein: Chicken breast, eggs, fish, tuna, lean turkey, protein shakes
    Fats: whole eggs, almonds, almond butter and milk (organic), all natural peanut butter, olive oil
    Carbs: grapefruit, sweet potatoes, occasionally bananas
    Veggies: Broccoli, green beans, asparagus, peas.

    Thinking of upping fats a little, and down the carbs a little, but it's been goni very well so far.

    Main goal: destroy body fat!

    Neck: 15.625 (5/8)
    Shoulder: 24.5 (straight line) wow.. almost 50 girth
    Chest: 42.75
    Bicep: 14.75 flexed 15.5
    Waist: 39
    Hip: 44.75 (fat butt, huge thighs)
    Thigh: 28.5 flexed 28.5 (still gotta lose some fat before this changes up)
    Calf: 16.5 flexed 16.75

  9. Workout 1/31/11: Chest and Biceps
    Weight: 236.5
    Warm up: elliptical 10 mins lvl 5,

    Bench Press: WU 45 x 20, 95 x 15
    135 x 10, 155 x 10, 175 x 9 failure

    Incline DB Press: WU 25 x 15
    32.5 x 10, 37.5 x 10, 42.5 x 8 failure

    Pushups:
    10 wide, 10 standard, 6 narrow failure

    Concentrated bicep curl, one arm: WU 20 x 15
    22.5 x 10, 30 x 10, 30 x 6 failure (4 more focused on negative)

    Bicep bar curls:
    40 x 10, 60 x 6 failure (4 more focused on negative)

    Post workout cardio, 30 mins free elliptical ( don't know what the machine is really called, but its like the elliptical but you can control your gate, very soft on joints)
    4 mins lvl 4, 4 mins lvl 10 alternating, wore hoodie, drenched in sweat, moderate intensity.

    I had a TON of energy in this workout, I felt focused like never before. I got some great pumps. I'm taking dermacrine for about 2 weeks and I've noticed my mood has definitely been elevated, I feel more focused and happy, just a general over-all sense of well-being. My weight has gone down, but I feel a great recomp going on with my muscles feeling fuller, skin tighter.

    Leg Extensions
    90 x 12, 110 x 10, 130 x 10

    Hack Squat
    95 x 12, 115 x 10, 135 x 10

    Stiff Legged Dead Lifts
    95 x 12, 135 x 10, 135 x 10

    Leg Curls
    90 x 12, 120 x 10, 130 x 10

    This week I'm stepping up the intensity.. I'll post every days workout.

    didn't weigh, was at night and already ate a bit for the day

    Warm up, 10 min stepper

    30 pullups, no assistance, gave a small jump to pick me up pulled the rest and resisted falling.
    Did 10 pullups, 10 chinups, 10 pullups.. ow. Sweat dripping, very painful in a good way.

    dumbell Pullovers
    35 x 12, 45 x 10, 9 x 45 (fail)

    Rack Pulls
    12 x 135, 10 x 155, 10 x 155 (forgot my straps, grip started failing)

    30 dips, only could dip maybe 3-4 inches, but I did em..

    40 mins treadmill 3.5 speed.

    Right now.. I'm feeling sore as ****, my bis, tris, delts, back, jeezus..

    Weight 237.5 (late in the day, ate, but wanted to see) I'll weigh tomorrow morning when I do fasted cardio

    WU: 10 mins treadmill speed 3.0, HR 135
    15 bench presses x2 with bar to warm up, some rotator cuff active stretching too.

    Flat Bench: 155 x 10, 185 x 10, 185 x 7 (fail)

    BB Bent over row: 115 x 10, 135 x 10, 155 x 10 (oooh the lats were screaming)

    DB Overhead press standing: 30 x 12, 35 x 10, 37.5 x 9 (grunting on the last few was a definite)

    I'm challenged to do dips daily, my tris were dead, I did 5 dips with maybe a 2-3 inch drop.. but then my tris literally gave out so what I did was hold myself up, then unlock my elbows and tried to resist falling for a few seconds and did it 10 times.. and yea, my tris and lats are dead.

    Treadmill 40 mins, speed 3.0, HR 140

    Man.. I'm seriously feeling it, and loving it. My biceps are still pumped from yesterday

    WU: 10 min stepper 140HR

    30 dips, 6 breaks to do them all, however I was able to get lower now!

    Laying Tricep Ext: 40 x 12, 50 x 10, 70 x 10 (60 was missing or I would of stepped up, 10th on 70 was failure)

    Machine Press Down: 40 x 12, 50 x 10, 60 x 8 failure (2 more negative resist)

    20 mins elliptical, HIIT style
    20 mins recumbent bike, 135 HR RPM 60

    Press downs were pretty light, but my tris were dead, especially from starting with dips.

    30 Dips, 5 breaks, still not to parallel, but I can tell it's getting easier.

    BBL Deadlift. 15 w/ bar warmup. 135 x 12, 185 x 7, 155 x 10 (had straps, wasn't grip issue, just was giving out, but I'll up rack pulls next time, should be easier)

    BBL Upright Wide Rows: 65 x 12, 75 x 10, 75 x 7 - 5 more half-rows.

    Bent over DB Shrugs, 35 x 12, 45 x 7, 42.5 x 9

    20 mins elliptical, speed 3.8, HR 145

    SLDL: 115 x 10, 135 x 10, 185 x 10 (HOO-AH) no straps either, forgot em again

    I was feelin a little peckish still so I did
    Decline DB presses: 45 x 10, 45 x 10, 45 x 8 (fail)

    30 dips, still not parallel, but 4 breaks and ONE MINI break to get 2 more out of it!

    30 mins elliptical, 3.7 spd, 145 HR

    Thanks for the nice messages guys, done with the derma.. I'll be going to the darkside next week, expect some changes.

    I started feeling it about two weeks in. A good overall mood enhancement. It definitely helped start with my body recomp, I noticed my arousal increased too, something that has been very low the last year or so..

    I wish I had the money to do blood tests before/after to see where I started at... I would of loved to see how much it was boosted.

    Already wake up every so often at night randomly but get back to bed fairly quick from the Tren...

    Had a pretty busy/stressful week, so sorry I haven't posted workouts. Financial issues... not so fun, buh.

    Things are going well though, weight loss has stopped, and it's slowly climbing up.. muscle mass is a lot more solid, definition is slowly coming in.

  28. Today did fasted cardio.

    Elliptical 18 mins HIIT

    then walked on the treadmill, speed 2.8, incline 4.0 for 35 mins.

    Wore hoodie whole time, sweat was a pooring, felt great.

    These seemed harder this week.. used a exercise ball with one foot to push only when necessary.

    Rack pulls: WU 135 x 15, 205 x 10
    235 x 3r x 10s, 10 x 135

    Those felt amazing, I was drenched in sweat.. didn't need grips, but callouses on my hands sure are getting bigger. Hehe. The weight felt ideal.

    30 mins treadmill, HR 150, spd 3.0 incline 5.0 sweaty sweat sweat, loved it.

    (My back was pretty sore from rack pulls, I should of went one arm DB rows, I'll do that tomorrow)

    Overhead Press DB: 35 x 10r x 3s

    30 mins treadmill 2.6 spd 5.5 incline HR 145

    Bench felt great, weight was perfect. Was pushing it to the max every set

    Hehe.. yea, definitely Rick, sweating a lot more during workouts Luckily I don't wake up in a pool of sweat at night, but I am quite hot, have to have the fan on all the time. Sides have not been bad at all so far. I wake up randomly every so often but go back to bed fairly easy.

    So.. before I tell you my workout.. I am proud of this workout.. I almost wanted to throw up by the end... I will note however, that my lower back has been EXTREMELY tight and sore since Monday (even with icing, heating, and massage) it's still really feeling weak.. so I listened to my body and pushed it to what I felt I should without making anything worse.

    20 front squats w/ bar
    20 reg squats w/ bar

    Deadlifts: 135 x 10, 135 x 10 (this is all I could do with back pumps and soreness still.. I wanted to make it through the rest with good numbers)

    Wide grip upright rows BB: WU 95 x 10, 115 x 10
    125 x 3r x 10s, 95 x 8 fail, 95 x 6 fail
    (25 pounds more than last week)

    Bent over DB Shrugs: WU 40 x 10, 60 x 10
    80 x 3r x 10s, 55 x 20 burnout
    (umm.. 30 more pounds from last week?)

    HIIT tabata squat thrusts w/ 10lb DB
    20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 minutes total: 8 sets.
    1st set x 14
    2nd set x 12
    3rd set x 12
    4th set x 10
    (no more DB, shoulders freaking dead already)
    5th set x 16
    6th set x 12
    7th set x 9
    8th set x 8

    Quads BURNING, lower back aching... this is where I could of puked... I can barely walk up/down stairs without my legs wanting to cramp and literally fail.

    Walked on treadmill at 2.0 spd 1.0 incline (that's all I could manage..) for 20 mins.

    28 mins free elliptical, 145 HR

    Inclines were up 10 pounds, but a total 10 sets, I only did 155 x 5 sets last week. I was shocked how easy this felt vs. last week. the tbol/tren must be working. Was pooring sweat. The last few sets started struggling on the third. I laughed that I could only do 5 at 135 before failing horribly at the end. muscles were totally dead.

    Machine leg presses had two extra plates from last week, and finished out all ten sets. Does anyone know how much weight the machine alone?

    SLDL were up 20 pounds, never used straps, but grip was really hurting last few ones but I grunted through it.

  37. Increased sweating is a sign that the tren is working for sure.

    The leg press sometimes has stamped somewhere what the sled weight is, but some don't. I usually just count the weight I put on and not the sled weight.

    Seated single arm concentrated bicep curls:
    30 x 12, 35 x 8 fail

    Tabata HIIT squat thrusts with 5 DBs:
    20 seconds work, 10 second rest, 8 sets
    16, 12, 10, 10, 10, (dropped weights) 13, 11, 10

    Man those squat thrusts kill me.. ass is tight, quads are burned out, shoulders/arms insanely pumped and tons of sweat.

    20 mins low intensity free elliptical.

    My arms are looking thicker in the mirrors at the gym, triceps seem more pronounced.. my abs are sooo close I can feel it! I did declines to hopefully push out the lower peck so it helps tighten up the little fat flabs I have under my nipples.
