So I would like to pack on some mass naturally with minimal supps. (creatine, multi, t booster (i have low t)
I believe to maintain my weight i need to consume 21-2200 cals a day.
Currently im aiming at 3-4 range.
6 meals. Each meal going and 530 cals
With 46 gr carbs
22gr protein
30 gr fats

Currently as of yesterday weighed at 146. I lost a few lbs after a trial cycle. Goal is to get to 175 naturally while building up my frame and physique. I'm a hardgainer but have made great progress in the past. I started at 125.
Been lifting seriously, form, diet, consistency for about 4 months. Before that was a year of just eating whatever, no goal on intake and non consistent with getting in the gym.

Any opinions or help would be great guys

I would aim for 3500+ calories per day to bulk, my friend. Look up a BMR calculator online to see what your basal metabolic rate is and figure an additional 1500 calories or more to bulk up.

Test boosters to take would be 3g of D-Aspartic acid and 2g of Tribulus a day. Vitamin D is also good.

If you have been diagnosed with low T, the only thing that will truly get your levels back to an optimal state is by seeing an endo. However, natural anabolics can help to an extent, just do not expect miracles.

One of the most comprehensive natural anabolics would be AlphaMax XT. A full dose of tongkat ali will not only help increase t levels, but also will boost libido. It also reduces stress hormones.

Forskolin also increases testosterone, increases lean body mass and help decreases fat by elevating cAMP levels and even slightly increasing thyroid function.

Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen that reduces cortisol and helps with overall mood and mind clarity. It also has a positive change on body composition.

3,4 dinavil is a great overall testosterone booster as well.

Everything in AlphaMax XT is fully dosed and you get all of those studied ingredients, and more, at a price for other natural anabolics that are not as comprehensive.

How did you calculate your maintenance? And what are you using to track your macros/calories? If you do the math on those macros, its only about 404 calories per meal.

I would double check your macros and calories, and eat enough to aim to gain 1-2 pounds per week. If you aren't currently gaining weight then I would increase your calorie intake. I think Alphamax XT is a great recommendation, and I would also recommend Powermax XT as a solid daily staple supplement. Powermax XT contains a full serving of creatine and betain, which can help with strength and power in the gym. It also contains an electrolyte blend, as well as ingredients to help with muscle cell hydration and pump. Powermax XT is a great foundation supplement that can set the stage for a successful bulk

I dont wanna put anyone's hopes down but with low T, i think the actual way to bulk(gain muscle) would be better off with TRT as bulking with low T is gonna get you fat and looking weak, i am not a doctor so i would advise seeing a doctor for the whole TRT thing.

I agree to an extent. It really depends on what OP means by low T. If OP is in a lower-normal T range, using a natural product like Alphamax XT might be all that is needed. On the other hand, if test levels are super low, TRT might be a better option. But going from 125 to 146 shows that he is clearly able to gain weight and make progress
