Strengh for two years training

Just wondering if my bench it behind the rest of my lifts

I started @ 9st2 and I'm now 11st

Bench 90kg

Deadlift 170kg

Squat 160kg

I have nearly 20 years total training under my belt & Im on gear That routine would be too much volume for me Simplify it Massively timberlakecandies com/coffetea html
What routine?
