1. Improving

    I've finally started gaining weight but not really where I want it. What is a basic diet routine I can follow (because I don't have a job yet so not much money) and how do I find a way to lose fat but not become skinny. What kind of cardio routine should I follow? I'm 17 6' 3" 186 pounds

  2. need lbm to "not be skinny." and if youre a little chunky at that weigt and size, youre missing the lbm. find your bmr, and eat above it. not monsterously above it, just enough to where you gain weight relatively slowly
