    NEED A NEW PROGRAM


    I'm looking to get back into the gym i really want to bulk up can anyone help me with a routine to follow everyday and some tips? THANKS!!

    you can aso look into the 5x5 community. stronglifts 5x5 for a beginner, madcows 5x5 for intermediate (repping 250-300lb squats full rom). great routines for building a strong base

    DC is generally for advanced lifters. idk what your experience is so keep that in mind. T Nation does the best at explaining what it is and gives you a workout layout. if you have any questions on either program, dont hesitate to ask.

    Agree with above. DC much advanced. The good ol' 5x5 program is great for adding size.
