HELP, gaining back what i lost?

  1. HELP, gaining back what i lost?

    I've been out of lifting for a year due to shoulder surgery. My left shoulder needs the same surgery but I'm holding off a year or two to get back in the gym, I've lost 21 pounds. Obviously I'm not gaining this back in a year all in muscle. anyone have suggestions. I'm experienced if just like to hear some intellectual input on my situation!

  2. Just go on a bulking diet for 12 weeks and do a higher volume training regimen for all body parts for the 12 weeks....avoiding heavier weights will keep your joints healthy and you can focus on eating, which is what actually puts weight on anyway.
