Hi guys, I'm Tom, 19 years old and been lifting for 2 weeks now but I feel that my bf% is quite high although I have always been strong for my age. I was wondering at what point should I start cutting? Should I try and bulk right out first or cut now and bulk again? It's a bad picture so I can re-do if needed. I'm 6"1 and 172lbs but not sure of bf%. I just need some guidance to get started. I haven't used any supplements or protein shakes etc yet but I'm looking to start! Any help would be much appreciated!
