Hey just looking for a little a advice on my workout.
Squat. 6,6,4,4, go to fail, 50kg-70kg
Bench.6,6,4,4 go to fail, 50kg-70kg
Dead lift. 6,6,6,6,6 50kg-80kg
Curls. 10,10,8,8 go to fail 15kg
Chin ups to fail, usually about 6-10
I'm relatively new to weight training, looking for all over strength. Any thoughts will be taken on board.

Very bad as it is very limited, imbalanced, and lacks progression.

Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe would be a good place to start.

Your entire posterior chain is neglected.

Any suggestions would be welcomed, I thought dead lift did this?

It does to an extent, but is not sufficient. You also have no horizontal extension (e.g. rows) in your template, which neglects the mid-traps and another ROM of the lats.

Hes doing deads And squats together if done in perfect form they will work most of the lower body.

You could put on some goodmornings, bb shrugs, and rows though and completely round out your routine. Depends on how much time you have/want to spend training

Thanks guys, good food for thought! Only got very limited time, I do shift work(12hr day) variable start, 2days/2nights 4 off, but misses works my days off and I've got me boy to look after. So it's not always easy to get free time. Will take advice on board, cheers
