Yeah I try to. I've got a high metabolism though. What about when it comes to weightlifting?

Compound movements such as squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press and consuming large amounts of food consisting of lean meats, whole grains, and healthy fats

I recommend following a proven program such as Wendlers 5/3/1 or Westside for skinny bastards

A lot of people seem to recommend the 5/3/1. I really enjoy weightlifting and I lift m-f
