how do i work peak week?

hey guys
I have 11 days until competition day, the 27th of december.
How do i work the 7 days out from the comp from the 20th? currently i'm doing 60c/240p/95f and will be doing a semi carb up on the 18th of 250c/200p/36f

can someone tell me how to work the last 7 days?

All depends on how lean you are and how you have prepped according to diet.

Do you hve any pics to post and what's your current diet on normal days - not your carb up day.

Take proper diet and do exercise early in the morning, then in evening and just little bit walk in the night. If you follow these tips every day then your whole week will be great and your health will be better soon.
