Hi guys, I'm new and would to make my workouts better, more efficient. So it would be great if you could give me some pointers, advice.
So far ive been working at home with some basic equipment, 4 times a week for like 1:30h each time. I am 23 years old, my height is 188cm and my weight is 82kg.
I would like to get more muscle mass, be more definitin. Can someone tell me where to start? Like foodwise and what workouts to do? Cardio, weight liting, etc. I would like it to be all natural and be possible to work out from home. So basicly witouth any machines. Just the basic stuff, weights.
I will add photos and more stuff. What els do you guys need to know to help me out? I really wanna be serious this timw. I always had my ups and downs but never did get to my goal or near it. Would be very happy if someone can help me out. Thanks in advance.
