  3. buy the book x2. you need to plan out the routine, not just pick it up the day you hear about it

  4. It's a lot to really get into and truly explain it well. If you really don't want to purchase the book just google 5/3/1 bodybuilding or 5/3/1 wendler and start reading links. Wendlers own website, t-nation, and a lot of other links talk about it, break it down, etc. You should be able to gain a pretty decent idea of it after a short bit.
