Chestflys and front delts

  1. Chestflys and front delts

    Every time I do Chestflys I feel it in my front delts waaay more then my chest. I'd figure I should lower the cables, but will I still get a chest affect? Anyone had this problem and found a solution?

  2. Lower weight, bend at the elbows.

    Imo lowering the cables will actually cause you to use your front delts more.

  3. bend your elbows. and focus on contracting your chest to move the cables. might want to lower the weight too, sounds like you have a case of synergistic dominance
