Does anybody have any new things theyve had work for them when it comes to arms. I've seem to hit a plateau
Try lying curls. Just lay flat And keep your elbows pinned. Gives a great pump.
Also try failure training. Just do an arm day and hit complete failure on your arms I find it really helps break plateaus
Weighted chins and dips along with JM and/or Tate presses.
