I used to have no cheat muscle whatsoever. I just got back from the gym doing chest and tris, and I noticed my nipples are kinda pointing outward..is that normal? Or do I need to work my outer pecs more?
You cant isolate the outeror inner portion of the pec. The muscle fibers dont run up and down, they run side to side. So once the fiber is engaged, the whole fiber from side to side is engaged.
