What should I do to get pumped right before stage I was thinking couple dips and chins any other recommendations??
Wish I had seen this before your comp. Just do pump sets for upper body...isolation work is fine. Some use bands. Practice your poses as well. This will help bring out vascularity. But make sure you don't tire yourself out, if you are in a competitive division you could be on stage for awhileOriginally Posted by TheB3asT
