Hey I was wondering.. What do you guys eat? What foods are good for keeping low body fat? Are there any that I can eat in huge portions, or at least large portions? I have a gigantic stomache ( I'm 17 years old ) so I can hold a lot of food and I'm already low body fat, so I was wanting a food to maintain that. >.< Any help?

Yeah, you gotta be willing to put the work in yourself and read up on what makes a good diet.

That being said, yes there are things you can eat in huge quantities - veggies and protein.
