That's going to come through proper diet, proper training, and patience. Rome wasn't built in a day, so don't expect that changes to be quick and drastic. When cutting, try and lose weight slowly, maybe a pound a week to preserve as much muscle as possible. Having as much muscle as possible with a low body fat % is what's going to give you that "sharp" look. Eat about 500 calories below maintenance and keep protein high. Try carb cycling (have high, moderate, and low days) and throw a bit more cardio in there. Just watch how your body responds and you'll be able to figure out what works for you. That, and be consistent and you'll get where you want to be.
