Hello all newbie here= )!
Hey what's up all, just a little background about me. I am 18 years young and ready to get going. For the past two years I have suffered from low testosterone with a range of other hormonal problems. They are now in the process of getting fixed and I am really close to having everything in balance.
Now I am coming back into life and getting myself back full throttle. I used to be into working out at the gym and at home but I got these problems that gave me a lot of trouble and lead me to disconnect form the world, excersize, and life in general.
I am joining the gym and have started working out by doing pushing ups and pulls and weights at home. I joined track in school so for the most part I am really ontop of my cardio now. I want to gain muscle and make myself quicker, faster and overall make my body the best it can be. I have a lot of motivation and feel like this is the best place to start !
If you guys know any good books or have experience on were I should start that would be awesome. I never really knew much about bodybuilding but def wanna start working out like I used to ! I want to be the best I possibly can.
I do take supplement like vitamin d, b6 b12, zinc, magnesium, calcium, coq10, acetyl l carnitine, vitamin c and e, Chromium, and some other herbals and ****!
I have gotten a huge range of blood tests over these past few months to get everything in check and I am almost there!.. My body should be getting a good amount of nutrients, I am really serious about this and stick to a strict organic diet with meats and eggs. For the most part really healthy.
I am interested in the science of bodybuilding and how to do the best, how to succeed and become the best and where to start.
Any help is much appreciated THANKS!

Do you know what caused your low testosterone problem?
Yeah I do. A few years ago I started heavily getting into porn because of massive stresses at home. It lead me to an addiction and I was masturbating on average 15 times a day. I no longer do that or have for a while but it ran down my neurotransmitters, testosterone, boosted cortisol, caused adrenal fatigue and so on. I got a test done this past summer and testosterone was at 253 and I felt like crap. No one did anything so I went to an endo then a urologist. The urologist put me on clomid 10 mg 3 days a week which got my levels up to 562, and I still felt like **** and had a bunch of acne then. Now I am going to a health consultant hardasnails, he posts on this board and r. overbeck. I went out to philly to see them a few weeks back and they are helping me, I just got a bunch of tests done and I should be talking to them tommorow with a plan on what to do. Latest testosterone test was at 1170 as of two weeks ago. Stll have cortisol imbalence and high shbg, I am now taking 25 mg of clomid 3 days a week. I am still getting more and more tests done though. I wanna get out of this funk ive been in and start living!

Yeah bro I was having a tough time with stress to a point that I couldn't handle. I needed to have chill time and relex during the day to keep myself sane! Yeah man it may sound crazy but it's true and it messed me up lol. I have blood tests and such to prove. I will be posting my success with blood tests and treatments and stuff soon enough though if you guys are interested in how I got my levels up through different means.

Well if it was me and was just starting to get back into the swing of things I would just find a nice solid routine for putting on mass and just follow it
And also make sure to log your lifts so you can see where your at and just "beat it" every week lol

poisonesspimp, take my advice:
Get a copy of Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. It will take advantage of your newbie gains as well as properly train you on how to perform the lifts (...the lifts you should be doing that is...) in order to create a foundation of strength for yourself. You will get big, and you will get strong. More importantly, you will perform the lifts with good form.
EDIT: Here is a wiki: http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wi..._Strength_Wiki, you can use it, but it is not as good as the book, which again, you should get.

That is all my latest results!
The plan basically is to get myself on more vitamin d. I am ordering liquid vitamin d online that should get the job done and bring my levels way up there..
Go back down to 12.5 mg three days a week of clomid.
Been having some anxiety and **** lately, due to high testosterone levels.
I feel like to some degree I am on a rollercoaster but stay motivated because the number one goal is to get better and feel better.
Everything else should be the same, should have some more news in a few weeks as well and a bunch more results..
Getting heavy metal check and nutra eval done at my local hospital.
I don't really feel much different.
Hot wheather is here so stress is on the rise for me.. I don't like hot wheather much lol makes me feel tired and weak.
That sums it up gotta get vit d levels atleast 30 points higher.. Will start doing liquid 8,000 iu a day to start for alittle while then retest the vit d levels..
Hopefuly lowering the clomid dose will bring my t levels back down so it's not like I am on steroids.. Goal is to get testosterone in balence as well as others in balence.. Estradiol looks good =)
Things are on the bright side and soon enough I will be back!
As always don't feel that good.
Tommorow is workout day, at track!!!! hopefuly I can gt my energy up for that.
