injuries, we all know they happen all the time to assisted athletes, mostly tears and over use due to strength of muscle overcoming joint and tendon strength,
but is this as frequent in natural bodybuilders?
im natural, although not a "body builder" but i train everyday and i get a shoulder tear that comes back every once in a while
I messed up my arm tendons something fierce, completely naturally. It was so bad I had to go on a PH nearly a year later to get them to finally heal. I was deadlifting 400+ and DB benching 90's with 13 inch arms... I can't lift even close to that amount anymore.
