My Assault review

ive got enough left for one serving and i dont wanna use it haha

Assault is by far the best pre workout drink ive ever tried. the focus was there, the pumps were awesome and i loved that tingle you get in your arms about 10 minutes after drinking it. Assault helped me get my bench press up 50 lbs in a little over a month! ill definitely pick up some more of this when i can!

Im bad with peanut butter, I usually put in like 4 tablespoons lol.

haha ill start with 2 and go from there. and im usin 1 1/2 scoops in 12 oz of milk
