    I actually like the Blue Arctic Raspberry. Other flavours I enjoyed are Green Apple and Raspberry Lemonade. Comes down to preference re flavour, I think.

    Fruit punch is probably my favorite right now, I go through stages though lol. The biggest thing is making sure you are using enough water otherwise it will probably taste way to strong.

  9. i tried it for a bit, it was ok. i personally liked lit up.

  10. I liked it, thought it mixed well enough and tasted pretty good (fruit punch). Good focus, no urgent bathroom trips.

  11. The "no urgent bathroom trips" is definitely a good way to put it. I haven't heard of Assault causing any GI issues even with people who are usually pretty sensitive that stuff.

  12. im sensitive to caffiene, hate feeling twacked out, assault really gives me more of a driven intense feeling, i just take half a scoop mixed with monster amino, great preworkout

    Assault is not really a "stimmed out" product, which is great, and half a scoop is a serving and adequate for effects and results! Glad you like and enjoy it

  15. Price disregarded, Assault is probably the best preworkout I've taken. Great, clean energy, great flavor, etc. But since most people need a full scoop you dont get many servings per bottle.

  16. Try scaling how much you use based on the workout, for example I am usually will take a full scoop on my lower body dynamic day and my max upper day, yet only take a half scoop on my other lifting days. This is a nice way to do it too because it keeps your body from building up a caffeine tolerance.
