About me:
I have started training for football at 17, stop playing football, but did felt in love with weight traning an never stop since them.
For the duration of this log I will train with weight 5 times weeks and do at least 2 cardio session per week. I and trying to loose fat, increase strenght, and speed ( for ice hockey )
Right I am doing 3 medium carbs day following by one higer cabs day.
Will took picture first thing in the morning at the firts day of the log then on the last day of the log to showcase the progress.

Day 1
First of all sorry for the delay, I did caught some kind of flu when I arrived from vacation. I could not taste a single thing, since my nose was block, spend 10 days on Antibiotic. Just Finished on last saturday.
On a better note my 6 months old baby girl started to do night from 7 pm to 5 am !! Wow this is nice, it have been I taught ride getting up 3 times per night for the last 6 months, this is giving your body a beating !!!!

I will take my photo first thing in the morning tomorow.
During that log I will rarely do the same workout 2 weeks in a row since it seem that I respond better to changin training often.
I will try to do low and high carbs days also.
Day 1
Standing military press
95 lbs x 16, 115lbs x 9, x7, x7
Close grip bench press
135lbs x 15, 155lbs x 8, x8, x8
Deadlift
245lbs x6, x 6, x5, x5
Shoulder barbell upright row
95lbs x 9, x9, x8, x8
I did not really squat or deadlift in about a year do to knee and lower back injury. Hopefully the will get up to respectable number at the end of that log.
Assault (blue artic raspberry )
Took it 30 minutes before the workout with The battle fuel. Taste is really good, ( I do prefer the limonade one do ) this will not cause any probleme for those who have difficulty with taste. Mixe really well no problem here !
I had a really good pump today, muscle felt full look good in my muscle pharm shirt. Assault and Battle fuel gave me a real good boost in the energy department.
Post workout use the Fruit Punch Recon. Taste really good for and BCAA mix, not as good as Assault, but still really good.
I had a little bit of bathroom experience after Diner, I might need to get use to these 3 supplements.

Took Assault and Battle fuek 30 minutes before the workout and Recon immediately after my last sets.
Assault still taste amazing, Recon is it not bad also. Had a good workout, felt pump, the muscle contraction was also really good.
Took 3 pictures first thing in the morning, I sent the 3 pics at work to try to donwsize them to post them. Man I am fat I will say about 20 to 22 % bodyfat ! Well.......thing can only go better from now on. Weight was also between 210 to 212 this morning.

Felt a little tired today but still have a good workout in the pump department. Recon taste is growing on me day by day as I am starting to crave the taste at the end of my workout, Past fews day dooms seem to have decrease.........a little bit to early to tell.

Reverse grip barbell row

Shoulder DB Lateral raise.
25 lbs x 16, 30 lbs x10, 8,, 8
Super sets Cable triceps push down with Biceps curls.
Triceps 140 lbs x 19, 160lbs x 14, x14
Biceps 140lbs x 12, x 12, x10
Add a pretty good workout for a fiday night, arms were really pump I had difficulty to but my shirt back on after the workout.
Battle fuel seem to be kicking in, felt a little more aggressive, hunger is also up.
took yesterday off, Today I took batlle fuel a couple of minute ago. Preparing for a 5 k run !
