Battle Fuel Dosage Increase ??

I have been taking battle Fuel/Shred Matrix for almost two weeks now...I started out doing 2 packs of shred (morning and prewo) and one pack BF (prewo).

I was just wondering is there any benefit or down side to increasing the battle fuel to two packs a day rather then one??

I would be doing this only for my second 21 days.

I have used it at a couple packs a day and the biggest thing I noticed was increased recovery time and libido. If you want to conserve it a little bit you can just take the second pack on days that you lift, and only take one pack the rest of the time. I have used this protocol as well and it seemed the same as doing two everyday.
