My Stack question

    My Stack question


    Hey all--- Ok I want to add Battle Fuel to my Mp line up...

    Currently
    Combat
    Bullet Proof
    Assault


    This how I am taking my MP

    Monday, tuesday and thursday Combat @ 5:15 am then before bed 9:30pm

    Work outday wednesdays and friday Combat @5:15 am assault @ 2:45pm return for the gym 4:15pm then combat Bullet proof 8:45pm

    Work out days Sat and sunday combat @ 8:00am plus Meal then 10:am Assault back form the gym @ 11:45 then combat... I do no take bullet proof on sat..

    So I want to take Battle fuel but I am worried about the caffeine that battle fuel has and what effects it will have when taking it with assault @ 2:45pm can I sleep @ 9:30pm using built proof?

    You will be fine, there is only 50mg of caffeine in Battle Fuel so its not going to affect your sleep later in the day when stacked with Assault (<-- Also low in caffeine.)

    Thank you.... I am ordering Battle Fuel now... My goal is to get too 210.. currenly 201.

    Yeah, Battle fuel is probably my favorite product that Muscle Pharm makes. If you stack that and Bullet Proof you are going to get some wicked recovery and good training sessions. I always like taking Battle Fuel about 45 minutes before lifting, and then drinking my Assault during my first exercise. You will not believe the amount of stamina you get from utilizing Assault during your training and the aggression boost from Battle Fuel. All in all I think you are going to love the stack, so make sure to let us know how you like it.

    i have never tried the combat or battle fuel but i can vouch for the Assualt and BP. Bulletproof was amazing.

    thats what i am currently stacking ....

    shred matrix with braskfast
    assualt pre late afternoon early evening work out
    combat immediately after workout
    bullet proof a few hours later at bedtime

    Once my Battle Fuel Comes in I will do a review on how this stack works But If MP can get me some recon The stak will be just islandmagicmcic lol

    not sure yet....only on day 3...has not effected my cravings at all, but then again my job keeps me hungry all day. ive used animal cuts last year and worked well im hoping for the same if not better with shred

    My battle fuel is coming this friday... I am going to start my log on sat...

    I will post my workout and Times I take my MP Stack.. My diet is allways on point... I want to gain 8 pounds of lean mass can I do yes I can !

    Yeah, I personally can not think of anyone who has logged more than two of our products at once.

    Also, NAZ you may not notice any effects on the cravings if your working in a bakery or something where your going to have food in front of you all day. The appetite suppressant and craving control that you get from Shred will help keep food out of your mind but when your seeing and smelling good food your body isn't concerned with getting ripped, its concerned with consuming. Its going to be completely a mental thing and not actually a physiological reaction.
