This how I am taking my MP
Monday, tuesday and thursday Combat @ 5:15 am then before bed 9:30pm
Work outday wednesdays and friday Combat @5:15 am assault @ 2:45pm return for the gym 4:15pm then combat Bullet proof 8:45pm
Work out days Sat and sunday combat @ 8:00am plus Meal then 10:am Assault back form the gym @ 11:45 then combat... I do no take bullet proof on sat..
So I want to take Battle fuel but I am worried about the caffeine that battle fuel has and what effects it will have when taking it with assault @ 2:45pm can I sleep @ 9:30pm using built proof?
