1/2 dose x-factor while cutting to preserve muscle?

i was thinking of using 1/2 dos x-factor while im cutting to preserve my hard earned muscle...


i already have oily, acne prone skin which ive finally (after years) gotten pretty clear.. and im not willing to risk aggrivating it again.

would this be effective? would the 1/2 dose aggrivate acne?

You could do this, but I doubt you would feel the effects you've heard about. Acne has not been too bad on XF for me. I had oily skin, but surprisingly low pimples. I guess this is a chance to take... Not everyone react the same way to certain compounds.

im not so much concerned with putting on mass as i am preserving what i have during my cut... i busted my ass for the past year and put on about 20 lbs of muscle with nothing more than hard lifting and a strict diet... i REALLY do not wanna lose ANY of that. i guess no one has really tried the 1/2 dose for this purpose, so i may try it and log it just to see how it works... drop my kcal into the 1800-1900 range for a month or so & keep my bf% monitored by BEI to make sure im not losing any lean mass etc etc. (if mn wants to sponsor this, i would have no problem with that )

are you oily & acne prone to begin with? how long did it take for the oily skin to go away after you finished the cycle of xf?

any other tips you have for preserving muscle while cutting would be appreciated... i drink a whey & creatine mixture before, during & after i do HIIT and lifting as of now and that seems to work pretty well.

The oily skin goes away pretty quickly, and yes I am very prone to it.

When you're on a cut, you want to preserve the most mass you can. XF at 4 caps will help you achieve these results. Michael Elias has used it pre contest at 4 caps and had some really good success with it.

And for a tip, creatine is used on a cut, but I prefer not to use it, as I tend to see a blur of definition while I'm on it, and this hits my motivation, so it's up to you

i actually notice this too... my abs tend to disapear when i work DCM and CM back into my routine...

but this never happens when i use size-on strictly.. oddly enough

Go for the SizeOn then But for me, creatine is a no-no on a pre contest diet.
