How many g's in a teaspoon for Bulk XF?

Im gonna be starting it tomoro and my scale is broken so cant measure it myself

On the label it says 1/4 tsp =500mg but in my experience with NP bulk items they are often off.

well considering that bulk X-Factor is 500g at a 10% concentration,
the teaspoons refers to the bulk and not to the concentration of X-Factor.

1 tsp = 2g of bulk x-factor.

2g of bulk x-factor has 200mg of AA in it.

10g= 5 teaspoons which is equal to 1g of AA

You dont have to be precise about your measurements. Just make sure that you have approximately 1 tsp. AA takes time to build up and is stored in your body even after you stop taking it.

Yes, i know that its only 10% so i have to take 10g a day. And i know on the label is says 1 tsp=2g, but like i stated in my post in my past experiences with NP labels they are kinda off and was wondering if ppl have measure it exactly since i broke my scale.

and yes, i know it takes time to build up, ive taken XF 2 times
