X-Factor And Tendonitis

Hello,

Im thinking of running an X-Factor + Activate Extreme cycle.

The only concern of mine is that Im prone to tendinitis. Maybe its my age, maybe my past use of pro-hormones Im not sure.

But in the last 3 years Ive had Achilles tendonitis, Biceps tendonitis on both sides, and an inflamed tendon in my ankle after rolling it.

Cissus and proper warming up and stretching has done me a world of good.

Since X-Factor increases soreness, could it also increase inflammation in tendons?

Also, what about inflamed sinuses?

x-factor is arachidonic acid, an omega 6 fatty acid. Omega 3 fatty acids are help with inflammation while omega 6 fatty acids causes inflammation. If your proned to inflammatory disease or have inflammatory problems I would advise you to stay away. It is for your own good of course.
