question bout oils on x-factor.

    question bout oils on x-factor.


    I was wondering if sesame oil is okay while on x-factor. I realized my parents cut up chicken and seasoned it for me to use. Im pretty sure she added some sesame oil. I was wondering if that and corn oil was okay to take while on x-factor.

    I would keep sesame oil to a minimum. Corn oil I gotta get back to you on this one.

    I believe corn oil is mainly n-6 fatty acids, so I wouldn't think that would be a problem.

    How much of a no no is sesame oil?

    I usually consume a meal of 6 whole eggs most days and with the eggs I have some sauce which contains sesame oil. Since the eggs are righ in AA anyway maybe that alone counteracts the sesame oil? I usually supplement x-factor at the same time as this meal.

    In this case, it's not too bad. Why not change the sauce? But either way you should be okay as long as you don't use 10 tbsp of it each day. lol

    Just a quick question for you. I also like to eat several whole eggs each day, but I remember reading that it may be a good idea to cut back on egg consumption while taking X-Factor. I can't remember the exact reasoning for it, but I was wondering if you had any insight into this.

    Thanks for the compliment JJohn! You're lookin ripped yourself brotha.
    Lets see.. we've spoken before about how my fat intake is 60% of my daily cals Monday-Friday, so I suppose it would be easiest for me to post a sample weekday diet and you can let me know whats cool and whats not.

    Breakfast: 6 eggs scrambled w/ 1/4 cup cheese and 2 tbsps. heavy whipping cream, 3.5 cups spinach.

    Post Workout: 50g Whey Protein w/ 10 caps fish oil.

    1 Hr. Later: chicken breast w/ 1 tbspn. butter and 1.5 tbspns. extra virgin olive oil.

    Lunch: 50g whey protein, 1/4-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.

    Supper: ground turkey, 2 tbspns. natty peanut butter, 1 tbspn. extra virgin olive oil, 1 oz. cheese.

    Dinner: steak, 3.5 cups spinach w/ 2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil.

    The only part of my diet I would not be willing to change is the 10g of fish oil a day, which I know is probably the biggest problem while taking X-factor. FWIW, I won't be taking any fish oil on my carb ups (Saturday and Sunday) and my fish oil consumption makes up only 4% of my daily fat intake. But regardless of whether or not the fish oil might hinder my gains I would still like to give X-factor a shot. Aside from that I would be willing to manipulate my fat intake if you see any other problems.

    Well, how about using extra virgin coconut oil instead of olive oil? This is the best I can tell you if you can't stand cutting your fish oils

    Hmm.. on this diet it is advised against to use coconut oil because it uses an energy pathway that screws up the utilization of EFA for energy (which is the main focus of the diet). But coconut oil just tastes so darn good that I end up using it sometimes anyway . I'm sure I can find some other way to really cut back the olive oil. Maybe I'll switch it out w/ more peanut butter and some almonds. Thanks for the help JJohn I can't wait to start rockin some X-factor!
