My X-Factor diet...help from rep appreciated!

I will be starting my X-factor, E-bol, and Activate stack next week, and I have everything planned out. I just want to post my diet here and have it critiqued by a MN rep.

9:00 3 servings oats, 4 egg whites, 2 eggs, 1 X-factor, 1 Ecogreen, 1 Glucosamine
12:00 3 oz chicken, 24 oz reduced-fat milk, 1 apple, 2 E-Bol, 1 X-factor,
3:00 3 oz chicken, 16 oz reduced-fat milk, banana, 1 X-factor
5:00 Pre Workout and During Workout - Green Mag and Purple Wraath
6:30 Post Workout - 2 scoop whey, 1 scoop dextrose, 2 cup oats, 1 X-factor, 2 E-Bol
8:30 3 3oz chicken, 2 E-Bol
11:00 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop whey, 1 Glucosamine, 1 Ecogreen

The macros are 40/40/20 with 3300 calories. How does this diet look? Should I switch up anything or add anything. Also, I will have steak twice a weak which will sub into the the three "3 oz chicken" breast meal.

I'm avoiding all fish, peanut butter, oils even though moderate doses are allowed just to gain maximum gains. Any opinions?

Diet looks good to me. I'd probaby add a fat source to your last meal. I'd also eat a full complete meal (complex carbs, protein, fats) 1.5-2 hours post workout. Personally I tend to go with complex carbs (steel cut oats, yams,...) and veggies for my carb sources.

It's hard to really make any specific comments on your diet without your stats. Also at what time and for how long do you workout?

Most go with 2 Xf softgels 1 hour preworkout. This is mainly to get the "pumps" associated with XF.

I'd take the E-BOL for the first half of your XF cycle and add the activaTe in on day 21.

I'll workout from either 4:30 or 5:00 and only for 1 hour, maybe 10 minutes longer if I'm pushing it. I'm trying to pure bulk. I'm 5'11.5" at 195 lbs at around 14.5% bf.

Do you think I should add more calories(currerntly I'm gaining 1lb a week with 3300)?

Just monitor your progress, and if you're gaining a little fat, you're on the right path. If your weight is increasing, and bf% is lowering, you could add some more cals.
