    XF long-term supplementation


    I'm taking 1 softgel daily. so my question is When the best

    time to take my XF?

    How long-term are we talking here.

    I mean it really doesn't matter when just be consistent taking it at the same time daily.

    I would cycle it instead of low dosing like that. IMO, you would see the results a lot faster.

    I'm not sure about the original poster but often people with a limited intake of red meat and/or vegetarians will choose to do so b/c of the lack of dietary AA intake.

    actually thats one of the 2 reasons. The other reason is i

    can't stop eating my EFA's.

    Yeah I figured that might be the reason

    Remember the only fats really need to limit are fatty/oil fish and fish oil supplements. As for most other fats it's more just about not doing anything extreme (i.e. consuming extremley large doses)
