I've been doing some research into Arachidonic Acid and if it might make my allergies worse, but the studies I'm reading are too scientific for my layman brain to understand. Can anyone tell me if Acid might make my allergies worse. Arachidonic Acid seems to play some part in allergic reactions but I don't understand what.
