    Im 18 years old getting two bottles of x factor along with creatine mono. Should I add something like mass fx, or maybe just add some zma? Im looking to gain some weight this summer, I have my senior football season coming up.


  2. You will be more than set with the Xfactor, creatine, no need for any T-booster at your age...just make sure you're taking in a surplus of clean calories and getting 1-1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight...heavy, compound exercises and you'll be good to go...

    agreed in full, the best part about XFA is that you do not need to stack it with anything else to see some huge jumps in strength and lean body mass.
