Im 18 years old getting two bottles of x factor along with creatine mono. Should I add something like mass fx, or maybe just add some zma? Im looking to gain some weight this summer, I have my senior football season coming up.
You will be more than set with the Xfactor, creatine, no need for any T-booster at your age...just make sure you're taking in a surplus of clean calories and getting 1-1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight...heavy, compound exercises and you'll be good to go...
