so i got my 2 bottles of xfactor in the mail. and i plan on starting the 50 day cycle on monday!. but i need help on my routine. please give me an example of how my splits should look. im finding it difficult planning my workouts because i dont know how its going to work with the DOMS. please let me know right away!
If your current routine works I'd say stick to it so that you can truely notice a difference if the x-factor works for you or not. Also post what your current one is
